Osibinaeyi “Binaey” Soje-Diyan is a distinguished attorney licensed to practice in Nevada, California, and Minnesota, specializing in probate, trust, and estate litigation. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015, followed by her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2020. There, she earned a certificate in Law and Business.

 

During her legal studies, Osibinaeyi interned at Sun Country Airlines' legal department and was also a participant in the Target Corporation Law Externship and Scholars Program. This prestigious program allowed her to engage deeply with Target’s in-house legal team, where she gained substantial experience in a variety of legal and business areas. Her tasks included handling business transactions, managing litigation, providing advice and counseling to business stakeholders, and conducting extensive research and analysis on critical legal and business issues impacting the company and its constituents.

 

Before her legal career, Osibinaeyi served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephanie A. Charter in the Eighth Judicial District Court - Family Division. Currently, she is an associate attorney with Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, Limited in Las Vegas, where she continues to advance her expertise in her areas of practice.
